Delivery Charges

Order processing

We are supplying precious items to purchasers who we anticipate will appreciate them and hold then in high regard. We want to be sure that the purchaser is fully satisfied by our products and service.

Our care procedures begin on receipt of order. We will contact the prospective purchaser to confirm their details and place for delivery. We would expect to supply the items during the fourth week after receipt of order, and we will contact the purchaser again to confirm details for delivery. The goods will then be prepared for dispatch and delivered as set out below.

Delivery of goods

Pieces of jewellery will be packaged for delivery by being carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap or similar protective cover. The item, in the wrapping, will be placed in the presentation box, and the box will be further wrapped in a protective case.

The package will be delivered by a courier to the address given on the order form. On delivery the recipient will be asked to provide photographic ID to the courier, and to sign the delivery paperwork acknowledging receipt, and confirming that the item had been received in undamaged packaging, and in perfect condition.

If the packaging is damaged, or the presentation box or the item ordered is not in perfect condition we would offer you the option of declining the receipt. In this case the courier will retain the item and return it to us.

If the presentation box or item itself is damaged we will bear the cost of the return. If the product is declined because of a change of mind by the purchaser we will retain the cost of the return, and make a refund having deducted the costs incurred.
